I hope you are all doing well. My wife and I are busy preparing for our first baby expected on the 23rd of June. Here's a scoop for the Room 23 blog... we're having a baby girl! We're very excited and a little nervous about being new parents. I just wanted to say hello and I hope to come for a visit soon. Best wishes and enjoy the warmer weather.
